Fred, Are you filling out the application for their scan tool? You have not given me enough to go on. Despite your frustration think of this as a request for an automaker to assist you with a problem. They need to be able to understand what you need help with. I will contact them if you will please revise and give me answer to what you were trying to do with this 911. Thanks!
Thank you Donny, I filled out the paper work some time ago, nothing from Porsche. Gave up but trying again. Someone from PNA (Porsche North America) did actually e mail me. Mitchell Grasser from PNA sent the paper work I previously filled out with zero info on where to send (typical). I've reached out to him and waiting for reply. Thx
Mitch is no longer in that role which may be where the ball was dropped. He was really great about helping. Let me find out where we are. You still need to tell me what your application was for please. I am not sure what you are trying to accomplish from the information posted so far.
Mitchell Grasser is obviously still doing something. He has reached out to me and I've e mailed what he wanted signed and copy of drivers license (front and back) . We'll see what happens next. This is the farthest I've reached within the Porsche. Porsche should have much more info on what procedures you have to do, paper to fill out etc. There is nothing to help the Independents.
