What are you wanting to do with this tool? You can use an FLS sensor to record sound waves.

What are you trying to listen to? I have used a couple different things for audio with my scope and from what I've heard the Pico NVH kit comes with a microphone but I haven't had the chance to play around with it yet.

If he keeps it revved up a little longer, he will have a visual of the connecting rod sticking out of the cylinder block.

Does a company offer anything like that specifically designed to hook up to a scope?

I like the idea of tagging into a steelman electronic ear.(have not pulled the trigger on one yet) I can narrow down on the noise with my ears and observe the pattern on my scope. I have tried a few different variations with a FLS and stethoscope. I made a piezo sensor stethoscope which is okay for very obvious noises, but have yet to satisfy what I am looking for.
