Hello everyone,

I am a mechanic and owner of … from Myanmar.

I want to ask a question..

My client's car Jeep Renegade 2018 has DTC error C2210-92 and C2220-54 in DTCM.

According to TSB service procedures, I upgraded the DTCM module.

After that, to complete the procedures, I need to perform a vehicle configuration restore.

When I run this function, a PIN code request occurs.

When I create a PIN code order in moparkeycode.com/app/order

They ask for VSC (LSID or VSP). I'm outside the US and Canada, I don't have a VSC.

And there is no authorized Chrysler dealer in Myanmar.

I'm requesting PIN code for maintenance purposes, Just Vehicle PIN code, no need Key PIN code.

So please answer me how can I get the pin code to complete the procedures.

Well , I don’t think anyone will help you with a pin code for aftermarket Witech. My suggestion is just do Proxy alignment in guided functions. It should fix your problem. If not aftermarket scanner or key programmer might be your best option. Good luck

Not sure if a proxy is available for 2018s. I find it very odd that they require a PIN for config relearn. It is another country though!

Thanks for your suggestion, I tried the proxy alignment procedure but I still need the restore function. I believe the dealer login level access person can be assisted to complete the procedures.

Not sure why you needed the Restore Vehicle Configuration function….the DTCM comes plug and play and once you select Proxy Align it is on board…. I only select Restore Veh Conf. if absolutel necessary because many times it is not necessary and creates more hassle….best of luck….keep us posted 👍

He probably tried a used Module. After 2015 most manafactures threw out the salvage modules and moved directly to waste.
