PARAMETER RESET

Unable to complete the process via ford fdrs

What steps have you taken to obtain the information you need?

All required steps. I have contacted Ben Rhouma at Rotunda/ Motorcraft support. He connected to my pc and checked all settings. At this point the issue was escalated to Ford TIS. 

(Optional) Any other comments or concerns?

On particular vehicle PARAMETER reset is required if PCM, BCM or ABS module were replaced.

George, what module did you replace? New module? Did you PMI it with FDRS? It's hard to tell where the snag in the process might be without knowing which steps you took, and at which step it seemed to fail. I'm going to assume that you selected PATS and were greeted with the NASTF screen asking if you were a dealer or an independent? Not sure if you have credentials or not, and that's where…

Concern is resolved. I just check with another 2020 FORD TRANSIT. Parameter reset was successful via FDRS w/ NAFTS credentials. Thanks all.

Concern is resolved for this vehicle. SIR can be closed. I will check in a week or two with another 2020 Ford Transit. We will have to change BCM , so we will have to perform Parameter Reset. I will post another SIR if i will have a problem with another vehicle. Thanks all for the help.
