2011 Altima P0101/P0113 MAF/IAT
Greetings ..... Owner replaced MAF for P0101 & 113 twice... reinstalled the original to find E9 ground under battery heavily corroded .... Cleaned and sealed with Cosmoline.... .3 ohms to ground now... Monitors reset in one trip.... wish they all went like this.... Cheers to all...
#1 Make sure this car has an OE MAF from Nissan. #2 There is a TSB for an ECM update to correct this code. # 3 Use loaded voltage drop testing to test power and ground to the MAF, not ohms testing. Do all this and report back. I bet you will fix it with one of these steps.
Don't, I have to read service info 2-3 times to make sure I get it right & I've been doing this 42 years.
Greetings .... hey no... far from it... sometimes it takes ME an hour and a half to watch 60 Minutes ... but yes agreed about static and loaded .... I have a primitive collection of homemade dummy loads.... I read much of the diags that end up here and am always amazed at what I dont know... An aviation tech also but knowledge is knowledge transferable or not.... Cheers to ya
