...if you read between the lines. If I understand them correctly, they are saying to not allow others to sell the junk that we sell because of all of the money we have invested and people involved in selling the same junk. At worst, make them non-competitive so that we don't have to play on the same field. The old adage still holds true. "If you can't baffle 'em with brilliance then befuddle 'em with bullshit." I was going to post this the other day but haven't had time.

S-K tools are made in the USA, and have been since the buy-out by Ideal. Unfortunately, this means that some tools are no longer available.

When was the buyout by Ideal because I have several S-K brand tools that were made in Taiwan and acouple made in China and they are about 12 years old.

I have a set of Snap-on ratching wrenches and had to replace almost every one and some several times​.​They are not marked"made in U.S.A" anywhere on them so who knows where they were made​.​They are junk and expensive​.​My cheaper Gearwrench hold up better even though they are made in Taiwan.
