ATS Escan software install troubles

Hey guys hoping to get some help here since ATS is closed for the day. I just bought an Escan and am going through the software download. I have a brand new dell laptop running windows 10. Problem I’m having is I click on install Escan, the self extracting window pops up loads and then goes to the EScan Installer window hit next, then it takes me to the destination directory where it’s shows where the software will be installed. I hit next then it goes to start installation, review the following summary before continuing but the summary reads “ no software will be installed or removed” and it will not allow me to move on. Any help is much appreciateed

Did you already install some software that came with the tool? If so you may already have the latest software version installed. If not, I would delete the install file and reboot your computer. Then download and install the program again. Hopefully that's all there is to it. The software updates usually go without troubles.

Give ATS a call, their support is fantastic. They can remote in to your pc and install and/or troubleshoot the issue.

Give Jeff at ATS a call in the morning. He can log in and set it up for you. Just have Teamveiwer loaded on your laptop so he can remote in. …

When I got mine I tried to use the software on the usb card they give you, that software game trouble, I went to their website and downloaded software along with some other software for first install then it worked for me, hope it helps

Jamie I did try to download the software on the websi but it didn’t want to down load either

Windows 10 is turning into a big virus. Anything that says .exe is deemed evil. Try running as administrator.
