Sprinter Questions Low Power
I have couple questions about this one. I am wondering what kind of Exhaust back pressure you should expect on one of these? I am getting upwards of … under load. This vehicle came in originally with a low power concern and I found the EGR transfer tube at the turbo to be split at he Flange at the EGR inlet. I replaced the pipe and the vehicle went on its way. A couple days later a low power concern was present. The Codes that were present were
15FE00 B28/20 (Diesel particulate filter differential pressure sensor) - Signal is implausible

I first tested the B28/20 DPF pressure diff sensor. This was reading 5V at he signal wire all the time. Power and ground were good so I replaced the sensor. I now see that B28/20 is reading normally but vehicle is still really lacking power. What would be a good next step? I have done no adaptions or relearns

I would try to do a static regeneration. And check dpf % before and after regen.

There is a teach in procedure for the diff. pressure sensor. You have to change the b19/19 temp sensor as well. The temp. sensors on these fail often. There are teach in procedures for many component on these diesels including air filter. Check the menus of your scanner. Good luck.
I am noticing that there are a lot of processes for these Sprinter/Benz Vans. We did end up ordering the sensor b19/19 upsteam EGT for this vehicle. I will do the teach in for the Diff pressure sensor tomorrow hopefully.
