Drew Tech Customer Support Issues
I have seen other people are having issues with Customer Support with Opus/Drew Tech. Sent my Cardaq M out over a month ago. I have left no less than 5 messages with RMA number and have yet to hear back. Also sent an e-mail to check the status and have yet to hear back. Brian Herron, can you help me with this?

Brian, how long can I expect to be without my Cardaq product if I send it in for repair? I'm having issues with my Cardaq 3 Plus and my Mongoose GM Pro 2. I am able to still use the Cardaq for Chrysler but it isn't working correctly for GM or Honda and the Mongoose makes the instrument cluster do crazy things. I'm borrowing an MDI 2 from a friend but have to return it before too long. Thanks
