AESWave has a really nice set that a lot of people seem to love. There is something similar on Amazon but in an episode of Sean Tippings' Automotive Diagnostic Podcast one guest had mentioned the alternatives were not the same quality. Also with the AESWave set I believe you're able to get replacements if something happens to one where as cheaper sets that's highly unlikely.

Hi , terminal part # are sometimes listed in service info but often does not give the manufactor name, the electrical side of things can have a serious learning curve, the info is readly available, i checked the aeswave kit and i think its a good one. goodluck

I usually just jam a test light in it. Wiggle it around a bit and move on. Trying different sizes is for chumps.
