You need to take your scan tool and go into the bcm and do a proxy relearn. Chris

Last one I had doing that an update to the tcm brought it back to normal. Like others said start with vehicle configuration restore and if that doesn't work try update tcm or reprogram with same calibration if there is no update available

the tcm is out of proxi alignment need to perform bcm proxi alignment with witech2.0 aftermarket. once all the module have been proxi then the transmission will work properly. Anytime the battery is disconnected with these FCA vehicle this issue will happen.

Has the TCM recently been replaced with a used one? Can you see if the VIN in the TCM matches the one on the windshield please?? If thats okay it may be the Autel thats the issue. I would use Witech before going any further.

Your issue in the photos seems to be with the Electronic Park Brake Module, not the TCM. I am a little confused. In fact I dont even see the TCM listed in the photos. Can you please explain this so we can further assist you??

I see I doubt the bad data is an issue. More than likely its an Autel anomoly. Witech is the Chrysler factory scan tool. I understand you said you dont have one. Unfortuantly thats how modern cars are. We need more expensive tools and we need to charge the customer accordingly. Anyway I really think you need to do the Proxi Alignment with Witech before wasting any more time or money. If its…
