Changes Stellantis made removed my ability to log in to the secure gateway

Contacted the helpdesk … Ticket was created, but problem has not been resolved.

I have paid for a full year of witech2, a full year of techauthority, and this was working before changes that Stellantis made within the past few weeks. Now, witech does not allow me to login to techauthority. Instead, it sends me to the mopar tsp portal. When I login to the tsp portal, the secure gateway is still locked, and I cannot access techauthority based content through the portal or through witech.

When I spoke with techauthority support on 6-10-2022 they stated I would get a call back within 24 hours. I called back on 6-13-2022 and they had no update. I called back again on 6-15-2022 and they still had no update. I requested they provide me a short term techauthority subscription and was told this is not something that the support people have been given the authority to provide.

Michael, A couple of things I have learned that may or may not be of help. See Attached file. It is important that the email account setup on both your wiTech and Techauthority accounts match with what you put into stellantisiop so the subscriptions find each other. Well, that is strange. When I saw it this morning my response was not there. I thought it was a new SIR. I understand that the Compliance Engineer contacted you directly since the SI manager is on vacation.

The issue has been resolved. There may have been several different issues affecting my ability to perform the calibration. The first issue, Stellantis migrated the service library requiring the mopartsp account login to access. Michael says the problem was resolved 6/24. Delay was due to an employee on vacation however I was able to contact another contact I have at Stellantis and he resolved it within a few hours.
