BATTSCAN High Voltage Battery Analyzer Wins Import Vehicle Community's Best New Product Award at AAPEX 2018
I had a great time at AAPEX this year supporting some of my clients and partners, and it was wonderful to see all of the industry professionals together. I'm particularly proud of BATTSCAN. It received some great recognition.
My company (…) engineered this product that is marketed by FutureTech Auto. It is a game changer for automotive technicians when analyzing a hybrid electric vehicle high voltage battery pack. Congrats to FutureTech Auto for the win!
A news story was released and you can read it here.
I signed up for your Vegas class, but it was cancelled😢
Too bad,I was looking forward to it. Maybe in March!!
The Vegas class was assembled very quickly without much marketing time so, we were hoping to get enough participants to run the class (during the SEMA / AAPEX time frame). We apologize for any inconvenience to you and Nick. As you mentioned, the next course is in March. This class is an absolute blast!!!! I absolutely get stoked helping techs develop more electronics skills and introduce them to writing code to program controllers. Basically, once someone has completed the class, they can begin to make just about any electronic tool (diagnostic or otherwise). In the Part 2 and 3 of the this class, we'll be exploring making extensive diagnostic tools, including CAN, wireless, internet, remote monitoring, etc., etc. Software skills really open a huge door for creativity. As a former tech (and I still think like one....much to the irritation of my engineering colleagues), I think bridging techs into writing and coding software will benefit them significantly with vehicle electrification, ADAS, and autonomous systems. It's not for everyone but, for those that want to increase their value in the industry, this is the way to go.
Looking forward to working with you!
Mark, are you talking about the boot camp class? I was hoping to sign into the one for next summer in Portland. Would I better off signing up sooner in case of cancellation or is it pretty certain it will be running next summer? Thanks!
We already have registrations for the class in March so, it's going to run. It's too soon to know whether the Portland class will run or not. In my opinion, I would register for the March class in Vegas.
Let me know if you have any questions.
