AC Delco TDS website

Hey everyone,

Is anyone else having trouble with the AC Declo TDS site? Usually get an account verification in about 10 seconds. it's been about 30 min and nothing. If it's down I need to juggle some stuff around otherwise I will just wait.

I have been waiting for a while too maybe over 30 min so far, unusual. I was thinking is just me or my internet or anything else.

It took me three tries. On the third try it came right on time,,,,,,like 30 seconds.

Last time I had to resend verification like 3 or 4 times I would wait too long just keep trying...

Same issue here. I try to log on and it says my password in expired. Go to change the password and I haven't received any verification emails. been over an hour and I have filled out the password form 3 or 4 times...

All, Just got a call from AC Delco. They are having trouble with the system that emails tokens and are working on it right now. I will do my best to get a note up when it is solved. I have to travel to VISION soon. Best.

Thanks for the update Donny, I was trying myself to call but they are very busy so almost impossible to talk to anyone. They have an automated message on the phone stating that they have issues with password resetting server so I guess we are all at stand still for now. Oh well tomorrow is another day, Customers will have to understand.

They are usually pretty quick about fixing these things so do not wait for me to try again. I have a call with them shortly. I will update if I learn anything more.

We had some trouble this morning too. I had to reset my password and it was unusual that it took me three times of resetting the password before it finally let me in. Then I was able to gain access and program a second key for a customer.

TDS site is now back up and running as of 11pm EST. Got my token within seconds and was able to reset password and navigate as normal.
