Was trying to resolve a Hyundai Hybrid issue and diagrams were not appearing on Identifix so I purchased a 1 week subscription to Hyundai tech info directly.

The diagrams I need are not working on their site either. WTF? They charge money for spotty/crappy information? (sorry, I'm used to Toyota TIS which has all kinds of good info)

If anyone has gotten Hyundai TIS website to work what kind of browser/PC are you using? Officially they don't support any MS OS after Windows 7 and their link to Adobe SVG doesn't work either.

Paul, I reported it to HMA for you, however there is feedback button right in the area of your concern to get issues reported immediately. All issues have been reported to the web developers and will be resolved quickly.

I was able to find them in Identifix (Alldata has them as well). On Identifix, after choosing the vehicle by VIN, under the QUICK-HITS section, choose the REPAIR INFO tab, then click on OEM Wiring Diagrams. When you get to that page, use the search bar to search for “Hybrid Motor System”, then click on the links that start with “SCHEMATIC DIAGRAMS PAGE 1 OF 2”, and so on. It takes a while for…

It shows a lot of tips, tricks and best way to navigate the site(I too was easily able to find the diagrams you were looking for in Identifix) As Steven said, you have to search for the correct diagram after you get to the wiring section because only…

It took me a long time to realize that Identifix only lists a few entries in each section. They should have a button to view more right underneath the list on the left side. Instead they put it all the way to the right, and because we read left to right, you can easily miss the fact that there is more stuff available. I always thought Identifix didn’t have much because their list of items was…

I found info I needed elsewhere on the Hyundai site. It was under Shop/Hybrid Motor System/Hybrid Drive Motor Assembly/Components and Components Location and Repair Procedures What frustrated me is the welcome page talks about "Missing Graphics" not displaying and you need to install an SVG viewer which isn't available from the Hyundai link, then I would run into dead ends like the example…
