Incorrect Terminal Sizes

Does anyone have this kit. The instructions show the sizes in mm that do not match the images in the kit. I am trying to find the correct sizes by their dimensions ROUND in mm and FLAT in Width x Thickness.

Thanks for the information. That is what I thought. I can't believe how expensive the Sealy kit is!

Hi Joe, I recommend the uTest kit from aeswave​.​com If you look at the Sealy images you can see that the plastic part of the terminals are bulky and that gets in the way when you have to insert them right next to each other in a connector. That was a problem with the original uTest kit as well, but they have fixed that in the latest kit. If you get the Sealy kit, you will run into…

That is great information. I have noticed the large ends on the aftermarket kits such as the MST-08 and other Chinese knockoffs.

Hi, Looking at the Sealey website, under ‘Spares’ you will find images that appear to be correct. I'm not going to offer to check each one of them, but if you give me a couple of examples I'll check for you! I have supplied dozens of these - without a single complaint - and have several in stock. If they are on the pricey side, they come in a solid, blow-moulded case and spares are obtainable…
