WTB: good/excellent condition mongoose pro JLR cable

land rover discontinued support Mongoose on their SDD machines try Drew tech, MongoosePro (drewtech​.​com) Brand new units are cheap anyway.

MOngoose ford one will work. $495

I wasn’t aware of that, but they did discontinue the Land Rover cable last year due to components not available which is why I was looking for a used one

Do you know if the Mongoose Ford cable needs to have JLR specific firmware to work with JLR diagnostic software? Back in the day there was a lot of talk about flashing Ford VCMs back and forth to go between IDS and JLR applications.
