Bill Is this problem still existing. Can you clarify what “system is down” A little more information would be helpful. When did you contact MB USA? Did they provide an XSF?
Bill, Can you confirm is this is resolved please?
MB USA shows no record of a support request XSF started. This is a prerequisite to starting an SIR in the NASTF agreement with automakers. Please allow the automaker 24 hours to respond through their normal support channel. Having had no responses to my questions I will close this SIR. MB USA says if you experience any further issues to contact them through an XSF.
