Squealing noise from center dash

The customer has a complaint of a loud squealing noise. The customer plays a cell phone video of the noise for us and says it never lasts more than 15 seconds. The video definitely proves the squeal and the noise lasts less than 15 seconds. The phone camera is focused on the AC main control knob. We have not heard the squeal other than the video. No codes in any module, no complaints or symptoms other than the squeal.

I checked all modes and blower speeds with no noise and she says she has done the same and the noise does not change. We both have tried tuning the audio system off and on with no difference according to her. I have only checked it briefly and have not been able to create a noise of any kind. I did check for TSBs and did not find any that were relevant.

I am just checking to see if anyone else has experienced this before I make this a deep rabbit hole. So, I am posting here and moving to google now.
