Not seeing TCM in module list of FJDS for reprogramming
Using FJDS. Attempting to reprogram TCM. Do not see the TCM on the list of modules in the programming software. This is a torque shift transmission. Is the TCM reprogrammable ?

Have you checked under PMI (programmable module installation) that’s normally where its At in fjds
my cardaq m CANNOT do all ford modules but it may only communicate via IDS. FJDS still may not have the programming capability? I would find it hard to believe, unless a heavy truck programmer is needed.
Choose PCM and it will do the TCM
The module can be updated during coordinated PCM updates, Check for PCM update to see if TCM programming update is available.
I'll try it out in the morning. I'll let you know what happens.
I performed a PMI on the PCM. The calibration was up-to-date it only allowed a configuration of the PCM. I performed the configuration. There was no mention of any programming for TCM in this process. Is this TCM reprogrammable? 6 speed torqueshift
5 Speed TorqShift, 5R110W. The TCM on this model is only updated when there is an updated calibration coordinated with the TCM. If updating or even performing a PMI on the PCM the software will ensure the latest coordinated calibration on these models. If the P0607 is present and there are no TCM updates through PCM PMI or reprogramming, then module replacement would be your best recourse.
Thank you Chris for your help. The TCM was replaced with a new and the programming was performed for the PCM. The new TCM must have had the latest calibration files loaded in it. F JDS did not mention mention anything about TCM needing or having been updated.
Ran into this myself on an ‘09 Ford. It’s as Chris said: update the PCM, and the TCM will be done as well. There is no separate path to the TCM.
I checked the programming report on F JDS and it did not state a TCM update.
