Tweddle unresponsive to request for calibration file that is not listed

What steps have you taken to obtain the information you need?

Called dealer and confirmed with tweddle that the needed file for the vehicle is 31039-9PB0E for the PCM by VIN. When putting in the blank path calibration that was in the module (Confirmed correct by the dealer, tweddle, and repairlinkshop​.​com) the needed calibration is not an option (Picture attached). Requested many times and has now been 9 days since the last response from tweddle, and 12 days since I requested the information. Below is a copy of the email correspondence.

2015 Pathfinder 2wd VIN 5N1AR2MN2FC673368

ROM ID from Nissan parts and repair link shows as 31039-9PB0E that is the file that is supposed to be in the TCM after I flash it, that's what I would need to download.

The process is we see what file is in the blank module, Consult list it as 31036-4BA0A . The part number on the box is 310F6-4BA0A, this shows correct by the parts department that sold me the module.

When I got to the nissan techinfo site and go to file downloads by blank path, I type in 31036 4BA0A

This is what is output.

2. Please Enter last 5 digits of ECU part #: 1 result is available, use up and down arrow keys to navigate.

3. Click on a Configuration to Continue

The ROM ID from Nissan is not listed, the long and short of the issue is that the Nissan parts department is wrong and 31039-9PB0E is wrong, or the lookup is wrong or the part sold to me 310F6-4BA0A is wrong. Either way if everything is right, I just need the 31039-9PB0E file sent to me. And any configuration files needed for a blank module.

This does not help, I have a new TCM, I need a CSV and DAT file to get the correct calibration (31036-9PB0E) in this TCM that currently has blank calibration 31036-4BA0A. At least that's what the parts department says the ROM ID is for this VIN.

Please advise…

This is their normal response time. I typically have ways of getting the info and files, but my source was out of office and this issue simply needs fixed so others that don't have a source have an avenue to repair vehicles.

Keith, We apologize greatly for the miscommunication. There was some misunderstanding on our side as far as what information was needed. Looking back, we should have directed you to purchase 31039-9PB3A.

Unfortunately this is a normal occurrence, it is neither isolated nor anecdotal at all. I regularly circumvent the process as it is severely broken. Keith and Danny, Totally agree Keith I feel your pain. I went through a similar situation on a BCM replacement on a 2014 Nissan Rogue looking for FAST file. Luckily, old BCM communicated and I was able to perform inhale and exhale (which is always a crapshoot). The access and information at the aftermarket level is not anywhere near OE.
