What repair are you unable to perform?

I have A new Star Diagnostics Xentry Kit4 with an active star key that i have been waiting to obtain a C7 log in.

What information are you having trouble obtaining?

I still do not have access to Star Diagnostics Factory scan tool due to no log in and no flash rights.

What steps have you taken to obtain the information you need?

I have Emailed Mirek Koziel (…) multiple time and Spoke on the phone with him daily. I get the same phone call response “we are working on it” I have Attached Drivers license of Flash rights user and Company owner along with Filled out the Xentry Flash rights application sent to me by Mirek Koziel and i am still waiting on a response.

This is the 3rd Mercedes tool i have activated for … LLC. The process has always been the same and I am Confident The application process has been completed correctly. I can provide System number and Starteckinfo Receipt if needed.
