Anyone from NASTF
What repair are you unable to perform?
Investigation of pull of key cut code without owner permission
What information are you having trouble obtaining?
If some one had used my work truck VIN to pull a key cut code
What steps have you taken to obtain the information you need?
I have sent an email to other help at Ford's Motorcraft services and seem to have gotten no where with NASTF.
(Optional) Any other comments or concerns?
I would still like to be certain that no one pulled my key cut code by VIN over the situation that was caused by a collision shop that had my truck for repairs
Bruce this is not an SIR. This kind of thing really needs an entirely different solution. 1. if you have a theft to report Law Enforcement is your first stop. 2. NASTF partners with law enforcement. There is nothing you have said that shows proof. While…

I saved that email, you were full of conjecture and basically called me a criminal and threatened to permanently suspend me if I did not prove that I was a real company. What kind of back ground checks do you do at NASTF that you can't…
Publish the email so everyone can see what was really said.
No kidding it is not an SIR Donny? NASTF is useless with this issue and I have not gotten a response from FoMoCo. Thanks for nothing!
